SMS opt-in evidence

APStack SMS/MMS consent is optional and unchecked by default.

APStack users opt in from the authenticated Settings page by entering a mobile phone number and checking a separate SMS/MMS consent checkbox. Users can create an account and use APStack without enabling text messages.

Consent is optional and is not required to use APStack. Message frequency varies based on your APStack activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

The button remains disabled until the user checks the SMS/MMS consent box.

How users opt in

  1. 1. Sign in to APStack.
  2. 2. Open Settings / Text Intake.
  3. 3. Enter a mobile phone number.
  4. 4. Check the optional SMS/MMS consent box.
  5. 5. Save the number.

Message program

APStack sends transactional SMS/MMS messages for document intake confirmations, processing updates, review requests, workspace alerts, account activity, and support-related responses.

APStack does not send marketing or promotional SMS/MMS.
